Archimedes famously said, if you give me a lever long enough, I can move the world.

And here's the killer part in 250 BC.

He actually was challenged, not to move the world, but he was challenged by the king to prove this claim that a large lever could actually do unfathomable work, right?

And the punchline, without going too deep into the story, is that he pulled it off, right?

One man with a system of levers and pulle that he designed, he was able

to relocate an entire ship. At this point, it was the largest transport ship in the world.

It was fully loaded, including crew, and he moved it from a piece of the shipyard into

the sea. And he was using the same tools that everyone at that time had access to.

These were very common elements, pull these robes, et cetera. It was that plus his own creativity.

And this is a truth that I've come to know. And what I would like you to know as a result of listening to today's micro show, we can all do this, right?

If you're stuck right now, my bet, and I would bet a lot of money, is that you actually don't lack resources.

Sure, you might not have as much money as you want.

You might not have the fancy computer to do your video editing.

You might not have the right camera.

You might not have something that you think you're missing.

But my belief is that you actually don't really lack resources.

What's more likely the problem that you have is a lack of resourcefulness.

Now, this is not to say that we all have the same means. It's not true. But I find that if I

excavate, distill problems, more often than not, we lack resourcefulness.

The reality of the problem is that most of us are looking for solutions to our problems that are out there in the world.

If I just had more X or a little bit more Y or some Z, these are things that are out there, right?

But as a result, this feeling leaves us feeling frustrated, empty, yearning, right?
