week, month, or even your entire life. Others love predictability and crave routine. You may feel a bit anxious when

My family and friends will tell you,

When I was an undergraduate student at BYU, my roommate's good-naturedly

teased me about the level of preparedness I had. My backpack contained not just

texts, notebooks, and pens, but also a water bottle, umbrella, snacks,

band-aids, ibuprofen, safety pins, hair clips, a whistle. It was basically a mini room of requirement, offering up everything I needed
