friend of mine's brother had gone for his continuing education. He's an airline

airplane mechanic and he'd gone for his continuing education and he said you need to

tell Michael how bad this was.

This was maybe two weekends ago.

He said, I went for my continuing education as an airplane mechanic and I was by far the youngest guy in the room and I'm 67. He said within 10 years at the current rate there will be nobody to fix the airplanes.

And he said the group is smaller than ever.

This is purely anecdotal. So this might have been a bad weekend, a

thunder, I mean I understand you can't draw too much from this. But he said nobody, no young people are coming up in this field.

And no young people have come up in this field for a long time. Do you know why? Because parents didn't encourage kids. Schools

didn't encourage kids. Kids were not encouraged to go learn skills.

They were encouraged to go take a massive whopping debt at a college or university.

Because that, if you got that, you get rich.

Because there was a time having a college degree.

Whoa, that was a big deal.

And when the people who graduated from college

got their jobs and were in charge of hiring other people, they said, well, I'm going to increase the value of my college

degree by saying, only people with a college degree may apply.

Because if you haven't been to college, you're dirty.

You are unwashed. You are uncultured. You can't be any good.

Because if you're any good good you went to college. You've been taught these great things and that's the only people we want here.

No idiots at our shop. Only the smart people. And so over a period of time that became the
