Hermit and today we have a very special guest on Anna Delukter. She is all

about the herbs. We've actually had her on a few times on the main channel,

helping us understand how to grow herbs, how to preserve them, how to use that.

So it's a pleasure to have you on today. We've met in person. It was really great chatting with you.

So I'm super excited to have this conversation today.

Yeah, happy to be here.

I would actually love if you could introduce yourself a little bit

like where you're at, like region like your growing zone what kind of

gardener you are all that kind of good stuff yeah so I'm in the Seattle area I am

in zone 8b so our gardening season is somewhat short, but we garden almost

completely organically. We create our own compost. I start probably about 80% of what we grow from seed and I do a mix of you know

propagating and seed starting every every season and then I always try to add something new every season too.

Okay, yeah, very cool. I actually

I love starting my stuff from seed and it's just like way more rewarding to kind of

be able to nurse it from the very beginning and I know that for you like you love

growing herbs I think like if I had to choose one I love herbs in the garden but tomatoes are kind of like my main thing that I really love to go every year

So I actually love to hear like some of your favorite herbs.

Maybe if you have any unique secret herbs

that maybe a lot of people haven't heard of

that you love and want people to know about.
