Today, I'm going to tell the story of Dom Enrique of Portugal, more commonly known to history as Henry the Navigator.

Henry, a Portuguese prince, is one of the most important individuals in the age of discovery as the work he began in the 15th century,

would be critical to the expansion of European exploration in the Atlantic and Africa.
