We are here to tell you about the British Red Cross and their Miles Refugees event,

a fun raising fitness challenge raising money for refugees in the UK and abroad.

The event takes place throughout June with participants choosing from six routes from varying

lengths, each representing a common refugee journey to reach safety.

You can make your Miles count however you like.

You can run, swim, use a wheelchair.

It really is up to you.

Now I'll be taking part continuing to do what I always do.
