Best gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike. It was a sort of slick little

road bike and I remember it was all like it was so it was all wrapped up but it was so obvious what it

was obviously because nothing shaped like a bike and I had a little ribbon on it and I was so

curious for that was a life changer and I'm still sort of big on cycling around my area now so

for that one change me a little. Joy in every sip with red carp now back at Starbucks.

And hello everybody and hello how it is that timing year I am so holly jolly I'm hojo like a

mofo I always say it I'm a hojo mofo homo that's what I am and I'm unabashedly so you know I just I

do love this time a year and my trees are up and I'm just so happy but I'm happy in general you know

my my baseline is pretty pretty good but this time year can be can be released like tough for some

people I get it you know especially if you are somebody who has dealt with loss I've certainly dealt

with loss you know I've lost both my parents and I struggle still all the time with yes missing

them in grief and and just how undeniably painful if you if you know you know if you don't know

just God bless and how lucky you are to have your parents you know but I also struggle with a big

question I struggle with where are they where they go because it I wasn't raised like with religion

you know I was one time someone made her fishes and loathed reference to me and I said no it's

fish and loathes but I didn't understand fishes and loathes was a biblical reference I don't know

I don't know we never went to church ever you know I it just was not a part of my upbringing

in but spirituality always kind of has been like kind of felt something going on you know out there
