Summary

Robert Ben Rhoades, a former truck driver, raped and killed more than 50 women.  He equipped the cab of his truck with a type of dungeon with handcuffs on the ceiling used to incapacitate his victims. He would systematically photograph, sexually assault and torture his victims for weeks before finally killing them.
