They have traded Hayward Highsmith to the Brooklyn Nets in exchange for a pick.

This is no other anything else exchanging hands.

This is a 2032 second round pick that they're getting from the Brooklyn Nets on top of that.

And so take that for what you will.

Award Highsmith, a solid defender for the Miami Heat team, not in any way, like part of

their core or anything like that, but like this is a decent player to be given away just

to get under the luxury tax.
