Okay, this is Beth. Listen, what we live for at Living Proof is to serve people the Word

of God. We base our ministry on Hebrews 412 that tells us that the Word is alive and active.

We pray this message is going to serve you in some way today and that God is going to

speak through it. Thank you so much for giving us this privilege.

And back with me to Psalm 37, as you're having a seat, we'll look briefly at verses 4 through

9. I always pray that even though it will be an ongoing work that God would just wrap

it up in our time, when it comes to completion that somehow you would have a comprehensive

lesson in your heart and mind. That if you left this place and someone said, what did

you guys study this weekend that you would be able to tell them in one sentence, something

that God has been so in into your life this weekend, something very specific. I want you

to look at verses 4 through 9 with me as we bring this thing to a close and ask God to

just begin to wrap a bow around the gift that He has brought us to this place. It says

in verse 4, I want you to read this verse with me, delight yourself in the Lord and He will

give you the desires of your heart. The next verse says, commit your way to the Lord, trust

in Him and He will do this. Listen, I ran out of time in that last session and I didn't

get a chance to tell you all the things that a way means. Commit your way to the Lord

and He will do this. Commit your way to the Lord and He will act. That word way means

such a broad context of things. It means your journey. These are all synonyms in the Hebrew

language. It means your journey. It means your road. It means your course of life. It

means your passage. That everything about your journey. You roll it. You just keep rolling

it over to Him over and over and listen, you'll get a chance before the afternoon is over.
