I'm Kevin Allison. This is broke for free behind me now and we're calling this week's episode heart and arrow.

This episode is one of those episodes that's all one story just one story and this one is very dear to my heart because it's a good friend of mine so very very much looking forward to introducing you to my dear friend Jeffrey Lan who told this absolutely beautiful beautiful story we're going to share today.
