Hello Charlotte, how are you doing? Hey Darryl, I'm good. Thank you. Nice to meet you.

Awesome, nice to meet you too. So we've talked a lot online. We've traded messages. I've

shared some of your videos because your voice is striking and what's great about

you is you do traditional, like I guess traditional Nordic singing and then

also you do pop and reggae and you do a whole bunch of things. But where are you

coming to us from? You're in Finland, but what part of Finland? Yes, I'm in Finland

at the moment and I'm now right outside my hometown which is Pierre Darzarev or

Jakobstad in Swedish. Okay, I know I was gonna try to say it but I do I wouldn't have been

successful probably. Yes, so it's in the middle of Finland on the west coast, about

400 kilometers north from Helsinki. And that's not Lapland but it's up that

direction, right? It's in that direction but not Lapland yet. Lots of snow just

not as much so maybe I don't know or maybe so. We had a lot of snow this year. Yeah, I know,

I saw that. Yeah, and I've actually been to Finland many times and we have some mutual friends

and one of one of those is Nicholas who's a TV producer and he featured you on a show called

Hemalive which as a show actually I've been following because it's great. And in your

your segment the speaking wasn't finished but the songs I think were both in English, right?

Yes, that's right. Yeah, that show is fun because you're talking a little bit about yourself

and then you do a song and some more about talking about the music and how did you first get started

in music? I know you have a great education background but tell me about how you got interested
