Hello friends, happy Tuesday.

I am thrilled to be hopping back into our conversation about health at every size with you today.

But first, today's Rosebud and Thorn.

My rose is that if you've been listening to the podcast for a minute, you might know that

we got a new coffee machine.

It took us some time to dial it in, but we have figured it out, and I am just thrilled

to be home to our good yummy coffee and not having like Airbnb curry right now.

Such a rose.

My bud is that tomorrow is vaccine number two for me and my husband, which means we are

two weeks away from hugging our other vaccinated friends.

And my thorn is that I am currently eating a granola bar like while I write this, and

it is in no way healthier than a candy bar.

This particular one is just not.

And I just think that's weird.

That we get marketed food as like health food and really, we might as well just eat

a candy bar and maybe that candy bar would be like more delicious.

I personally am not a big candy bar fan, but like so many people are eating these granola

bars suffering through them when they really just want a candy bar.

And nutritionally, they're kind of each other's equivalent.

There are some good granola bars out there, don't get me wrong.

This is not one of them.
