Summary

To observe and appreciate the duality of light and shadow in nature. Spend 10-15 minutes outdoors, paying attention to the interplay of light and shadow. Notice how the position of the sun affects the shadows cast by trees, buildings, and other objects.

there's a lot to celebrate and a lot of festivities, they feel really maxed out or stressed about

And that anticipation, we all hope we will have this beautiful season filled with memories and sometimes we can end up feeling

disappointed. So I thought this was a great series to launch you into the upcoming holiday festivities.

world in the United States where I live. We just had political elections and some people are

elated and other people are not so excited. So I thought this was a great series to tune into your inner stillness
