Today's question comes from Ashley and Ashley says, do you grid the room with sacred geometry

before your crystal healing sessions? Ashley, this is a great question and I really think it's

kind of up to you as the healer.

Many healers do choose to grid their healing space.

So if you have a dedicated room of your home or just part of a room or if you have actually

like a studio space or office where you offer sessions,

whether that be for massage, for Reiki, for crystal healing, you can place a crystal grid around

the room.

And this would basically encompass the entire space.

That's usually the intention when gritting a room is to distinguish

that space. So you can do this with kind of the simplest form of a grid, which is just one
