Thanks for having me, man. And I just want to put it out there. Anyone who's dealing with health issues and you do need to find a little genius to get your life back. It's very difficult. I just want to hold space and hopefully give you some stuff you can take away today to get real results. Thanks for having me. Oh, I know you probably told it a thousand times, but what was what happened to you? I had Crohn's or colitis or IBD and what's your backstory? Yeah, so when I was growing up 19 years old, I got my first symptoms, but, you know, no family history, no problems in the GI track, just a normal old kid from Virginia, eating, eating what he wanted, loved sports, athletics did all that. But at 19, I started having bowel movements with blood and mucus and then chronic diarrhea. And so, yeah, you're like, this is not normal. |
