I feel like everybody comes to a point in their life where they realize that they have to stop

living their life for other people and they need to begin to live their life for themselves.

And in this process comes a lot of unlearning, unlearning of people pleasing, unlearning of

perfectionism. And when we are faced with this moment in our life, how do we navigate it? How do we tap into our

intuitive wisdom, the part of us that knows what we want, how we want it, and how we're going to

get it, and how do we actually do it? How do we let go of the expectations of other people,

of our friends, of our family, of society, so we can truly be the most magnetic,

brilliant version of ourselves. And truly, like, how can we just do the best we can?

And today I have to come to say, and today I have the perfect person to dive into this topic with because when I look at her, I just, well, this is our first time meeting in real life, but we're both Hawaii girls.

But now she, of course, lives in L.A. She's on literally my

favorite, favorite, favorite reality show, too hot to handle. And I'm dead serious. It's my favorite.

I'm obsessed. No way. Yes, I, yes, of course. I literally love it. I love reality TV. I feel like I want the drama on the screen, not in my life.

So I'm addicted to it.

I feel like it's so fun.

And when I look at her, though, like just like through Instagram and like through mutual friends, I'm just like, wow, she has the sweetest energy of anyone I've literally ever met.

Like I feel like she's literally a cupcake.

And at the same time, like, don't fuck with her because who knows?
