I go back and forth between 'you' that body,
and You, Love, beyond the body.
You're always that You beyond the body,
but sometimes You think You're that 'you'
that's holding the phone.
You think You're that 'you' that needs to let God in,
that 'you' that needs to exhale worries,
that needs to practice the Presence,
that needs to sit in silence each day for at least 15 minutes,
not asking,
not demanding,
just BEing,
until you remember what You're Being,
until you remember You're not meditating,
You're One'ing.
You're God'ing.
You're Him.
and His.
