| 0:23.6 | Yeah, so I am from McMinnville, Oregon. |
| 0:27.6 | You know, I was just flipping through Facebook one day and I saw a video. |
| 0:32.6 | I believe it was you sharing something about wholesale and real estate and I had no idea what it was. |
| 0:39.3 | You know, and I, you know, I wasn't involved in real estate at all. |

| 0:43.3 | Yeah, I started watching videos every day, all night, you know, in the car, everywhere. |
| 0:49.3 | You know, I was just really into learning about it. |
| 0:53.3 | And so that's how it all started. |
| 0:55.0 | How long was it that you were in the learning and education phase |
| 0:59.0 | before you decided to start like looking for leads and making offers? |
| 1:04.0 | So I started watching videos in July. |
| 1:08.0 | And then I started making offers in early October. |
| 1:13.6 | Yeah, early October about then, you know, so I was stuck in that analysis paralysis for a little while, you know, just kind of working up the courage to make the phone call. |

| 1:41.3 | doing exactly you know you saying the wrong things or sounding stupid, you know, just all the, all the normal concerns. |
