Hi guys, we are back with another episode of the Slay Girl Slay podcast hoping all of your weeks are off to a beautiful start.

So I'm just going to jump right in.

This past Thursday was International Women's Day and it was such a beautiful day.

I feel like women everywhere felt celebrated.

I know I felt celebrated for sure.

You guys, tags like Girl Slay and some of your messages on Instagram and Facebook, I loved, loved, loved seeing the post you guys were putting up and tagging us in.

We really felt the love and I'm so happy that this brand is doing exactly what I wanted it to do which was to inspire all of you, motivate you and ultimately push you to get you to your next level.

So on Women's Day, I tuned into this live webcast that featured two panelists, Amy Jo Martin, a New York Times bestselling author and speaker, CEO and fellow podcaster,

and Phyllis Newhouse who is president and CEO of Extreme Solutions.

And for those of you that don't know, Extreme Solutions is a major cybersecurity technology firm.

Both panelists spoke on some really cool topics and touched on some very, very key points about women in general and how we need to lean in more and not be afraid to be game changers in our respective fields.

And how we need to not necessarily look for permission to do things we truly want to do in life and that our seat at the table shouldn't be looked at from the perspective that we worked our butts off to get to that seat and that we are deserving of that seat.
