Carter, we're not going to have it a parking.

And the waterfall behind us is going to need to have water falls in order for to complete the concert of the waterfall. So we got a lot of work to do. We're making a lot of headway here, but we thought we'd give you a quick tour. And Carter, Greg and the team have been doing a great job. You're building the upper deck seating to accommodate all the attendees. So we're going to go inside, give you a tour.

But again, if you're watching online right now and you don't want to get angry, you're going to want to lift, you're going to want to take a lift or an Uber.

If you want your experience at our two-day interactive business workshop to be super, you definitely want to take an Uber because it's going to be packed and we never have enough parking here ever.

So we wouldn't even have like 5% of the parking needed to make this event successful.

So if you want to drive your car to our parking lot, I wouldn't do that unless you hate yourself.

But even if you do hate yourself, I don't know you hate yourself that much.

Carter, if you didn't explain how much parking we don't have, how would you describe it?

I would say that we have enough for about 3% of people so you can do this, get a truck driver to drive you here. You can get a lift or an Uber. You gotta get a lifter and Uber if you want your trip to be super. But if you want to be pissed, don't take a lift.
