Summary

Usually we wait a little longer to do follow-up episodes, but a listener story sent in after our first "Haunting in the Military" episode inspired us to get this one out fast. We start by digging into stories of haunting from Air Force bases like Kadena, Fairchild, and Eielson, then we launch into one of the strangest stories we've ever told on this show - a Navy Corpsman's encounter in the far reaches of Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

Story Time Codes:

Building 2283, Kadena Air Force Base (09:11)

More Haunting on Kadena (21:27)

Shadows on Kadena (25:38)

Alone at Eeilson AFB (28:45)

The Goat Man of Fairchild AFB (39:30)

The Man in the Chair: A Djinn in Helmand Province (50:20)

I TV wise, I just am about a third of the way through the Goosebumps series on Disney Plus,

For me, I am very well, and I can tell you why, I finally got a water filter for my fridge.

1:58.4

You might think, Bren, this is not new technology. We have been filtering water for a while,

2:01.8

what's the deal? Of course, I'm in London, Ontario now, and the water here tastes roughly like

2:08.0

hobo piss filtered through a jockstrap. It is the worst, or at least in my building,

2:13.2

it is the worst. It had this terrible, musty smell to it, especially the cold water. The hot

2:19.2

water is not as bad, but the cold water had this really gross, horrible, and my friends told me,

2:24.4

you're going to want to get a bread of filter or something like that, and I thought, I've never

2:27.5

needed one of those before. I'm sure it's fine. And then I drank a couple glasses of this terrible,
