And I want to kick off by talking about this private island that's for sale. I don't know why.

Because I'm not an island person and I really don't swim very well and don't know how to use a boat and also don't go in the sun but I'm

obsessed with the idea of having a private island have you ever daydreamed about

that oh yeah all the time I as a matter of fact, when they pop up, you know, on my feed in one way or the other, I investigate it,

and there's one for sale right now, and then I'll give it back to you.

It's called, and I would buy it just because of its name.

It's off the coast of Connecticut and it's not all that far from New York City.

It's about a mile off the actual coast,

part of a chain of little tiny islands

called the Thimble Islands.

It's about one and a half acres

and it is called Cllam Island.
