I couldn't be more excited to be here. My name is Jared Logan. I'm the GM of this game. We play Blades in the Dark on this show.

Blades in the Dark, the incredible RPG from John Harper and Evil Hat Studios. With me returning to the city of ghosts, I have Josephine McAdam, Abus Alim and Ross Bryant.

Oh, you just crashed. Okay, worth it. Worth it. So worth it. Here we are, guys. We've been on a long hiatus. What has everybody been up to?

Oh, man, everything. Nothing. God. Abu got married. That's everything.

Literally everything. Honestly, got a baby on the way. That's everything. That's all good. I don't think any of us are going to talk.

Okay, I won't speak for everyone. I can't talk those achievements that time.

You know, Abu, you'll never experience true joy until you hand the baby to your partner and say, you watch him. I have to go pretend to be a warrior in a steampunk city.

I can't wait. I can't wait to fight that argument and be like, baby, we're going to do this today. Just now just give me six hours. Okay.

Yeah, it only takes six hours. Oh, man.

What about you, Ross Bryant? What have you been up to during the summer hiatus? Has it been a hot Ross summer?

Yeah, everybody's talking about it. It's set in the internet on fire. It's an H. R. S. trending across every platform.

I've just been having lots of fun in the sun hanging out in G and shorts, washing cars, surfing, cutting it up on the boardwalk and my roller blades and getting your hair all wet and then flinging your head back and

a big cascade that catches the sunlight. All the good stuff. And you don't worry. The break dancing competition we held did save the youth center. So yes, everybody can sleep and sleep soundly knowing that that happened.

I didn't know that was a summer activity until now.

What about you, Josephine? Any break dancing competitions?

Oh, God, I wish. I wish. No, what I did some hunting on the glass can and network at least a little bit of hunting.

I'd like to your eyes lit up as if you were ready for me to tell an actual hunting story. Now I feel I've disappointed.

Yeah, we played Hunter the hunter. They're reckoning with Josephine. I thought you were about to go. I got a buck.

Yeah, 12 point. Yeah. No, I used a knife. I went in with my bare hands and wrestles. You wrestle a deer to the ground. Yes. Yeah. That's what all the martial arts training is actually been for.
