member who's dealing with some health issues. Coming up on today's show, my colleague, WNYC,

and Gothamist housing reporter David Brand, will give us an update on the potential sale of 5,000

rent-stabilized apartments by Pinnacle. The tenants are concerned the new owner will not maintain

them properly, and both Mayor

Mumdani and State Attorney General Letitia James have now gotten involved in the case,

which affects thousands of rent-stabilized tenants, and, as David put it, has become a flashpoint

in a larger debate over housing policy in the five boroughs.

Plus, President Trump has been threatening to take control

of Greenland for months now. We'll talk about how this is playing out and the anxiety it's causing

in Denmark and Europe more broadly. And we'll wrap today's show with a conversation about
