0:58.5	So today we're talking about has resale value ruined interior design. You look online at homes for sale and they all look the same on the inside. Have you noticed that? Well, yes, but I would
1:07.5	imagine you'd notice a lot more because in the not too distant past, you were looking around for homes pretty actively.
1:15.6	I haven't been doing that in a while, but I definitely understand what you're saying because I'm seeing some of that too.
1:24.4	Right. Well, and it kind of depends. Different markets are different. Different price
1:28.2	ranges are different. So I don't mean everything's exactly the same, but things are, I'm still
1:35.1	seeing in certain price points, still a lot of gray, a lot of, well, I see a lot of white on
1:42.9	all price points, but I don't see a lot of color.
1:46.4	I see a lot of the same architectural details. And it's interesting because it feels like
1:55.0	everything is made to be done quickly, to be done cheaply, and to just look exactly the same.
