cleaning your house. Thanks for joining me. This is episode 86. And of course, I'm going to talk

you through cleaning your entire house in just

under an hour so you're going to want to kind of gear up for your cleaning session hopefully you're

feeling presentable maybe you need to change clothes run a brush through your hair freshen up a little

bit maybe you like to clean in shoes or you prefer to be barefoot.

Or maybe you need to get your house smelling good.

Maybe light a candle, start a wax warmer, run the garbage disposal, take out the trash,

whatever you need to do to feel good and kind of get in that

cleaning mood. Now's the time. One good way to kick off a cleaning session if you do laundry

every day is to start a load of laundry or maybe this is a weekly thing for you and this is your laundry day.

Maybe get a lot of laundry started in your washing machine. And for those who start a load of

laundry, I'll remind you at the end of the episode to switch that laundry from the washing machine

into the dryer.

Maybe you don't need to start a load of laundry.

Maybe you need to straighten up the entrance area of your home.

Maybe if somebody opened your front door right now, they'd see a mess,

and you want to just remove clutter from that immediate entrance area, or maybe it's your entire living room, if that's kind of your front room. Maybe you want to at least pick up the

floor in there. Those are just some ideas to help you get started. It's kind of individual,

what you need to take care of before just diving into cleaning the kitchen. And we're going to

get to the kitchen here in a moment. But like I said, you may want to freshen up. You may want to

get your house smelling good. You may want to start a load of laundry or you may want to straighten
