Let's go to this next one, Sean, and let's talk about hiring coaches.

Has Marcus Freeman met expectations on the whole when it comes to putting a staff together?

And I think now is the perfect time to have this conversation because he just went to an offseason

where he had to make a lot of very

important changes, you know, and really two years in a row, they've had to make some really

important changes to coaches who left. So let's evaluate that one, Sean. First of all,

let you start. What's your take? Well, once again, you know, you can't have this discussion without really looking at the level of difficulty.

He comes in and I think this goes to, you can have a plan that you think is going to serve you well, as well as Marcus Freeman well.

And I think that's what Jack Sportberg did when, you know, we, we saw the structure where he tried to surround.

I think he tried to insulate and surround Marcus Freeman with some things that would make the transition a little bit better.

And ultimately, moving forward, things didn't work out probably as he thought it would.

So you really can't, you know what, that's a, that's a blemish.

The wide receiver coach, his initial wide receiver coach, you can see that as a blemish.

But for the most part his coaching

hires defensively i think he has man hit the majority of things out of the part defensively for the

most part offensively let me let me stay on that for a second. Yeah, go ahead.

Is there another defensive hire he's made that you would question at all?

I think initially not the actual coach, but maybe the position that were coaching initially.

There were some questions, but I don't think there's anything that I could step back and definitively say, oh, that's a bad hire.
