Hey, brother! And welcome back everyone to another episode of reacting to our old theories to see how they stack up in the modern day.

Today, we are looking back at one of my favorite theories we've done where we tried to figure out what house Hagrid was actually sorted into.

Yeah, this is kind of like a big one

because like he's always supporting Harry throughout the saga

and he certainly is like rooting for Gryffindor.

However, there are like attributes,

you know, you can certainly see like some very welcoming

characteristics like Hufflepuff.

There's some weird details about the opening of the Chamber of Secrets that might suggest

Slytherin.

There's, you know, probably less of an overall argument for Ravenclaw.

I don't think anyone's thinking he's in Ravenclaw.

I want to say in this video we were arguing for Slytherin.

Okay.

But I'm, and this is like one where I think, I think canonically, like it's never said in the

books, but I think like on like Pottermore, it says Gryffindor.

It says Gryffindore, but it's not in the book.

Yeah, so it's like Pottermore can be great at times when we needed to help us support our ideas, but other times we feel like arguing with it and trying to prove our own points.

So just kind of like makes more sense?

Maybe we're gonna see, did we make sense or were we just like,

pull it, grasping at straws?
