I'm so happy to have you and I was just saying before we started that I wanted to have you on for ages I'm particularly interested in how I got to know you and the subject that you talk about well you did talk about most which is periods I know that I first got your book a while ago and it has been incredibly

And you're completely correct, it really started off with my horrific debilitating period. And I I mean when my period started they were painful from the beginning

I just I remember saying to my mom like this is really

still she was very limited in what she could say to me

and it was just kind of like her socialization coming through like you really see the
