Summary

Description: This meditation combines the power of the Dharma Chakra Mudra with focused attention to cultivate happiness and contentment. By engaging with this mudra, you'll enhance your connection to inner peace and well-being.

Meditation:

Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Gently close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Form the Dharma Chakra Mudra by interlacing your fingers, with the thumbs touching and the palms facing each other.

Visualize a golden light emanating from the mudra, filling your entire being with warmth and contentment. Focus on your breath, feeling the rise and fall of your chest. With each inhale, imagine yourself drawing in happiness and joy. With each exhale, release any negativity or stress.
