So you wrote a piece for the ringer March 2017 wondering if we would ever see another 100 point game and you try to figure this out was this possible with the three pointer changes who could do this and I enjoyed it and there's a there was you know it's like

yeah Clay could it 23 is in a game sure but I never really thought it was possible but now I'm watching this James Hardin thing and I was starting to do the math and trying to figure out what the perfect box score would look like and could he get to like 90 and at some point

there in this whole process I was like I got a call she so here you are chase Toronto is it on your radar at this point is the 100 point game is not on my radar not from James Hardin not right now I do think I think he's going to break 80 I think he's going after Kobe.

So I looked at a Devon Booker I think is a good model for this Devon Booker put up put up the random 70 on the Celtics which some of which was in garbage time it is the 10th highest number anyone's put up in an NBA game.

He and this was after you wrote that piece he played 45 minutes he was 21 for 40 field goals he only made 4 3s who's 4 for 11 24 for 26 free throws added up to 70 so I was trying to think what's James Hardin's version of that so let's say he goes 24 for 40 that's realistic right he could do 24 for 40 I think 24 for 40 overall
