they're expanding like crazy. When the real estate industry is pulling back, they're actually

growing. So I was like, why is that? How does hard money grow when everybody's pulling back? So

back a handful of properties and you wouldn't expect that from a hard money company. 14,000 loans.

They've only taken back 85 projects ever in the life of the company, which is on this about 14th years. So that's pretty

So you guys might know. You saw the show we did with them. They specialize in hard money lending. And since we did our last show,

you guys are expanding across the U.S., huh? That's right. Yeah, we're chasing those smile states.

So staying in the Sunbelt, most recent market that we've expanded into is Tennessee.

We're adding Georgia kind of as we speak, getting things together there.
