So, so maybe what I want to say is so the practice of loving kindness meta is also practiced as a not just the cultivation of the heart practice but also it is practiced to

calm the mind calm the heart calm and center the heart and mind.

settling practice and given that it's a meta loving kindness practice, it can also have warmth, this engagement of the heart that is settled and warm and caring. So I wanted to invite us to tune into that aspect of Meta together,
