| 1:33.5 | Instead, ask a question, can I, can I be grateful for this? |

| 1:41.4 | Can I be grateful for this? |
| 1:42.8 | And it could be something good or pleasant or a blessing |
| 1:47.8 | in your life. And as we continue to practice in this way with a sense of curiosity and interest |
| 1:55.1 | and open-heartedness, then it actually becomes, this practice becomes, can I be grateful for this challenge? |

| 2:06.5 | Can I be grateful for this pain or something that I usually am not grateful for? |
