Sam Acho is an NFL player, he's a writer, public speaker and co-host of the home team podcast.

Sam is also a manual Acho's brother and you guys might have seen us this summer on a manual Acho's show

uncomfortable conversations with the black man. Well, this is his brother and I am so excited to have him on the show today.

It's fabulous people like Sam that made me so happy to have men on the happy hour starting this year.
