today I'm so excited to be in New York where I finally got to meet the famous Henry and

Alaske.

It's very exciting for us to be face to face instead of talking through the wires.

Now Gretchen, before we dive in to try this at home I have to ask you for an update on

meeting the Dalai Lama.

You were going to Australia to meet the Dalai Lama.

What happened?

What a happiness conference I got to meet is the Dalai Lama, which was an amazing experience.

The security around him is insanely tight so that was overwhelming.

Then there he is.

It's always funny when you see really famous people for real.

They look so much like themselves.

They look kind of like a caricature but he was great.
