initially I want to just ask, Mr Bowles indicated that there was an affidavit provided

by Ms Johnson. I don't have that. I haven't seen it

attached to any of the pleadings so I'm not sure what he's referring to. So if

obviously he mentioned it, can I get some insight into when that was provided?
