Summary

This has been a highly, highly requested topic and we are jumping in head first with today's topic: Halloween as a Christian. Over the last two years, the Lord has heavily convicted me to step back from participating in the holiday at all -- and now looking back, I can see why. My hope today is that this encourages you to seek the Lord on this controversial topic, rather than following what the rest of the world does. Let those who have eyes to see, see.

  • The demonic roots of Halloween
  • Personal convictions that led me to not celebrate it
  • The power of the blood of Jesus
  • How choosing what we partner with directly affects our life
  • Realities of the spiritual realm

We've been, I want to say we feel prepared for this episode, but the truth be told, like we're not experts with what we're going to talk on. We're just three Holy Spirit-filled believers who have different convictions and different viewpoints and we can all agree on the same thing and it's that Christians

1:17.5

Should not be celebrating Halloween and if you're listening to this and you celebrate Halloween, I pray that by the end of this,

1:23.7

the Lord will convict you the way that he's convicted all three of us.

1:26.1

Because we all have three different testimonies of dabbling in the world.

1:29.6

And it's a newer conviction for me.

1:32.3

I mean, if you've followed me even back in 2020 you know that Jordan and I dressed up for Halloween that year and it was innocent but we did it and am I going to hell for that? No no but I do believe in my heart that based on those

1:44.6

situations and circumstances that I've personally lived through that by openly celebrating

1:50.4

Halloween we can open ourselves up to the demonic realm.

1:54.4

And so that is my conviction, and I already know there's going to be people that are like,

1:58.4

this is a stretch, you're really reaching.

2:00.1

And I'm like, you're really not, though.

2:02.4

We live in a physical world, but it's a spiritual world and I mean look at the things that are happening in our world like the veil is lifting and it's so much easier now more than ever to see the difference between what's light and dark kingdom and hell.
