record this at 8am, but we had to move it to 9.15 because Joy needed to squeeze in a therapy client.

How did the session go, Joy? Yeah. You've now caused my confidentiality panic to kick up, but nobody could possibly know who it was, hopefully.

I don't think I'm the one to say how it went.

I think they would be the ones to have to say.

Do you feel like the client's making good progress, though?

I am not comfortable with this line of talking.

Any transference or counter transference that needs addressing, do you think?

I think maybe they would be the best judge of all of those questions.

Anything else kicking off in the Brooks household that you'd like to say with the listener?

Preparing for Greenbelt is kicking off in the Brooks household.

And it strikes me as really unfair that in a household that's currently five of us,

that even though packing is my nemesis and packing for camping is my

arch nemesis, but I think I am still the best placed one to do it. And it's like, oh, maybe this is

proof that there isn't a god. Yes. So my head is full. There is mild panic. However, my offspring are adults and they do help me. And I think I just need to update that. I think some of the panic might be left over from when they were kind of seven, five and three or something like that. And possibly my brain needs to catch up to the fact that, yeah, they're 1921 and 23 currently and capable human beings.

Anyway, I'm going to switch the focus from me to you now, I think. How are things going for you?

Very good. Yeah, I'm still kind of clinging to the dying embers of the refreshment I felt from

last week's holiday. We had a most excellent time in Northumberland. Many castles,

many caves, many beaches. It's a beautiful part of the world, isn't it? It's first time we've been
