I am Joseph Hudak, your host and senior music editor at Rolling Stone.

As we say in Nashville Now, country is here. Nashville is now.

Thanks for joining us at the Nashville Now Cabin. Yet again, we have a really cool double

guests today, two people from the same band. They are bandmates. And this isn't a country episode.

I mean, a little bit. There's always country

music. There's a rock and roll scene in Nashville that I really want to focus on and we want

to focus on as we do Nashville now because it's important. We're going to talk to our guests

today about that and that would be Lizzie Hale and Joe Hoddinger from the band, Hale Storm.

Very exciting for me because I'm a big fan of this group and big fan of hard rock and heavy metal as well.

And we're going to talk about that.

We're also going to talk about Ace Freely in this intro because he has some ties to Nashville.

As we know, the Kiss guitarist died last week at 74.

But first, some country music news.

This is past weekend in Nashville.

It was a very celebrated Sunday night.

It was the Country Music, Hall of Fame,

and Museum induction ceremony, what they call the medallion ceremony.
