is criminally underrated.

Acts we go incredibly hard for while being interminably frustrated at how and why most people don't seem to get it.

For me, that's Hime, a trio of sisters from the valley and a pop history nerds dream with nearly one dud to their name across three records.

Heimer or a rock band come girl group which expertly fuses together elements of 70s, 80s, 90s, and aughts pop into something entirely signature.

Turses, tightly stitched, emotionally evocative bangers loaded with friction grooves, ear candy, and big old choruses,

the result of excellent craft, winning sisterly camaraderie, and a whole lot of passion for what constitutes a memorable, maybe even timeless hit. And yet, at least in this country, Haim doesn't have a single hit to their name and is probably best known to the majority of the American public as Taylor Swift's dinner dates. To that, I have to wonder, what is wrong with everyone? Luckily, in the year 2025, having hits doesn't really matter that much. Haimol release their fourth album, I quit next month,

and are launching an arena tour in support of it.
