According to reports, the Trump administration is working on a new rule to create a weighted

selection process for H-1B visas based on the salary being offered to the foreign individual

being sponsored by an American company.

And what does that mean? Well, it would mean that making changes to the current lottery program that is in place for the H-1B visa.
