| 3:37.1 | And every time you breathe in, you breathe in pure healing energy. |
| 3:42.1 | And every time you breathe out you breathe out all of your worries. |
| 3:47.0 | Now move your awareness gently and slowly down your arms and your hands to again feel the sensations that are running down your arms and your hands. |
