Mosen, I have a report that Iran is re-arming because it believes there's another chapter or two in the war with Israel,

and re-arming via cutouts, Russian arms through Belarus to Iran, and Chinese arms through North Korea to Iran.

The other detail is it is said that Russia is not being as generous as Tehran expects or needs.
