This is CBS, I On the World. I'm John Bachelor with Malcolm Holmine, my colleague and friend,

and we welcome our colleague Anna Parshiewski of the Washington Institute, speaking over the years

for us about the Kremlin and especially about Vladimir Putin.

And the parade, the display of offensive weapons, the marching young people

with weapons in their hands, all reminiscent of the Red Square, 1952-53, except this time it was a
