Hello everyone and welcome back to Park Park Convos. I am Maddie Mitchell and I am your host today and always except

when I take a five-month unannounced hiatus so if you forgot who I am totally

fair and valid you do get a pass this time without a shot of a doubt you know and

here's the thing I've sat down to record this episode maybe 10 times I'm not kidding but then again

ten times isn't that money when you think over the course of five months and every

single time I'm just like oh this just sucks ass unfortunately and one thing

about me I don't want to put out a podcast episode that I

confidently can say sucks ass that's just something kind of like unique and different

about me but anyways I'm getting so off track here.

I just have, I think what happened, I'm not going to make excuses actually,

but to be fair, in December I was posting like two episodes a week

and I was just going really hard and then I felt kind of burnt out from the

pod so I took a little, I was like, oh, I took a little break and then a little break very quickly turned it into

five months and I don't know how that happened.

And then also to be fair, my life

has been in turmoil for the last three months,

which I'll get into, of course.

And I just wasn't mentally, emotionally, spiritually emotionally spiritually physically in the right place to be

To be hearing my own voice that's not true. I never stopped talking let me tell you that much but yeah we'll get into all of that there's
