Today, I am honored to introduce you to Taha Manviwala, someone I haven't known long but who instantly stood out as one of the kindest, most positive, and dynamic people I've ever met.

For everyone who doesn't know you, who are you?

It all started many, many moons ago, a small town in Detroit.

I, yeah, I've had a very, I don't know, I don't have much of a profile in the world. And it's kind of weird.

I feel the weird imposter syndrome sometimes coming on to something like this, because, you know,

you have these like doctors and all these like very, very established studious people. And I feel

like I'm like a jack of all trades.

Who has dabbled in a lot of different things, but have found a lot of joy in those things.

And that's sort of been my purpose.

As in a nutshell, I think movement is like the biggest part of my life.

It's always been a big part of my life.

And that sort of found different avenues to express itself in those ways.

I loved the environment that I grew up in and the outdoors and eventually went to the

University of Kentucky where I was studying medicine all the way up until my senior year
