1:00.2	Thanks for having us, Matt. We're really excited to be with you.

1:04.5	So the title of this new book that you both have written together is The Call to Follow,
1:09.4	and the subtitle I felt like was very provocative, very interesting.
1:13.3	It goes, hearing Jesus in a culture obsessed with leadership.
1:18.6	So to start us off, Joanne, I wonder if you could explain why it is that you both say
1:22.8	that our culture is obsessed with leadership.
1:25.0	Oh, almost everywhere you look, there are leadership podcasts, leadership webinars, leadership
1:30.3	books, leadership, even at young ages.
1:34.0	We make a comment about a Girl Scout cookie that's stamped with, I am a leader, and we want
1:40.0	our children doing not to grow up to be leaders.
1:42.4	And so it's infiltrated our conversations over our visions for our children, do we not to grow up to be leaders? And so it's infiltrated our conversations
1:45.9	over our visions for our vision for our children, for our teenagers, college applications.
