I was listening to, I think it was Howard Stern yesterday. And after

30-something years of being on the air, he is so mellow. He just, nobody's going to interrupt him.

He's got the Elon Musk going. That is pretty good. If you guys haven't caught Elon Musk and

Joe Rogan, you'll see what we're talking about. What is he cool? What do you call it? Just the pause language. Yeah, that's the billionaire pause right there. No one's going to interrupt you because you're talking. I'm about to get ready to get into this grow talk. If you guys, I did want to ask you, Scotty, or kind of a reminder, dude, don't stop. You know, I have people get the resolutions after the holidays, like, go to the gym more, I'm going to eat better, I'm going to make more, whatever. And I had, you know, I've been keeping my maintenance exercise going, like doing my cardio, but I stopped doing like pull-ups and things like that for like three months straight. We're dealing with a lot with the show and I just was on work. I cut my like shit in half, dude. I guess it's part of getting old. You got to keep in the, you got to keep in the consistency, my friend. Yes, you do. When they say use it or lose it, and that's what really motivates me is I haven't lost it yet. So I'm going to use it. Dude, I'm not bragging. I was pulling sets of 14 pull-ups, and I went back in there the other day. I was pulling sets of eight. Oh, man. It's going on, which is very motivating. I'm on top of it. I'm not getting any older, right? I do the chin hang, you know, the flexed arm hang. That's for when you can't do the pull-up, you just hang by your chin. Be cool, man, be cool. Did you guys get a Presidential Physical Fitness Award in middle school? I didn't get any award in. I got the B-minus. I got a B-minus, so I got on a B-on-a- honor roll when I was in the sixth grade. It's the only

award I've ever gotten. I think of my life. Oh, I'm going to tell my wife that because she can do like one pull up. I'm like, you can just do the chin hang. Good. All right.
